STIIIZY Pomona

Stiiizy used to be a great place, they were always well stocked and the staff was friendly enough. However, in the past two months or so I have noticed a change and it is not for the better. It does not seem like they care if you are an unsatisfied customer. Staff will tell you to call ahead but when you try, nobody picks up and the vociemail box is full. If you want a cartridge, I suggest going to another store down the street or to a different Stiiizy location because the last 3 times I have left empty handed.

I dropped 200 dollars by mistake. Before leaving I spoke to reception and with all the cameras they said they couldn't help me. Know I have to go back and call ppd so I'm not put 200 bucks. With id's needed to enter and purchase and security cameras and 3 security guards someone should have done what's right so now I have to do the dirty. Loosing this muhla was my mistake however it's disappointing knowing stiiizy has no interest in even attempting to give decent customer care with all those resources available to help me.

Ummmm…well, this was def One of the least heartfelt locations in so cal. The downtown los Angeles location is a hidden gem in the heart of a city that doesn’t have to do much to stand out. I wouldn’t bother going here unless you’re interested in being treated like a commoner…visit the downtown los Angeles location where they will treat you like an appreciated member of an tight knit family 🥰 this shop was clean atleast i guess 🫠
